Tumi ki shaban?
Dhorte gele pichhle jao?
fuck, i should have been there :((
Gah. Why do they always play at places I am not in?That's not true, actually. I did catch them live in concert once at Pocket 40 para Durga Puja, in C R Park, Delhi.
seen them twice :) once at BITS and once at IIM B. Had the privelege of sitting through a 3-hr sound check as well. Ekta interesting story aache - bhaabchi bolbo ki na.. thaak pore..
@dd: They were in NYC this time too.@ani: I presume they don't like you. The C R Park affair must have been an accident.@chitra: I'd seen them before in Kanpur too. They are very good live.
Nikhil Banerjee is definately one of my favorites. Thanks so much for your musical stream :::
@anon: You're welcome.
cool pics sid..and u shld have been at the soundcheck, it was reely funny as andy (the sound-enginner) had a hard time trying to distinguish tabla and tarang on his feed and finallly labelled everything as T-1, T-2, T-3 and so on..
@jhantu: Hehe. I should indeed have been there. Seen this, btw?
Awww man I love(d?) Indian Ocean....what did they sing/play? How is the stuff from their new album (it's called Jheeni Jheeni I think)? There was a time when Hille-le was like a gang anthem for me and me pals!
nice pics, but what did they play?
@abhishek, blot: They played their album stuff. Apparently they've been too busy gigging to produce new songs. Jhini is quite a good album -- Bhor is esp. good.
wonderful pics... i saw them at heritage a month back or so... they said then they'd b goin to us of a.... btw this is laddu!!!
i would lik to add... da amit kilam shot is out of this world... is the bottle real??? and admirationz ...on the rest of pics other than indian ocean...
@sniffinglue: Yes, the bottle is real :). Amit said, "Let's see if you can click this".How're you and the band and all doing?
